Q: My order never arrived/went missing/is missing a product/got damaged in delivery.

Q: The product arrived broken, what should I do?

A: Please send me a photo of the broken item to [email protected], and I will send you a replacement.

Q: What’s the return policy?

A: All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

A: If pre-order, please check the product page for information on the timeline. Otherwise, around 2-3 days. Edit: due to COVID-19, orders may not be able to be shipped until Saturday/Sunday of the week the order was placed.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Usually 1 week for domestic and 2-4 weeks for international.

Q: I’ve waited way longer than that! It still hasn’t arrived yet?

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: If the item hasn’t been mailed yet (within 2-3 days of placing your order), I can change the address. Please contact me at [email protected] with the updated email address.

Q: Is there tracking available?

A: Yes, tracking is automatically added for all orders except for sticker-only. You should receive an email containing the tracking number once it gets shipped. If your product is being mailed via envelope (sticker-only orders), then there is no tracking available.
